THE IDLER ENVIRONMENT FOR JIMWAY’S DISC RETURN ROLLERS IS WET STICKY, ABRASIVE OR CORROSIVE APPLICATIONS WHERE THE MATERIAL CONVEYED STICKS TO THE BELT SURFACE.

Used where sticky materials adhere to the belt and a corrosive environment, JIMWAY’s disc return roller has utilising durable rubber discs. In addition, materials build-up on the rollers, which causing the belt to mistrack/flap and material spillage that the rollers fails prematurely. Depending on application, three materials of support discs are available, rubber, PU and ceramic, which prevent carryback and extend the roller service life.
