JIMWAY’S SBC3/SUC3 BELT CLEANERS HAVE SLIDE-IN/SLIDE-OUT BLADE ASSEMBLY DESIGN, WHICH REPLACE BLADES QUICKLY AND EASILY TO MINIMIZE CONVEYOR DOWNTIME.
Carryback adheres to the belt, which causes serious material accumulation and residue build-up return rollers. Therefore, belt mistracking or belt-edge damage results in unscheduled downtime. Jimway’s secondary cartridge belt cleaner depending on application, two materials of blades are available, tungsten carbide (SBC3) and PU (SUC3), which thoroughly scrape conveyor belts clean and eliminate problems with carryback and spillage. In addition, the tungsten carbide vulcanized into rubber mount absorbs impact energy and minimizes transmission back to the belt.
