JIMWAY’S PATENTED C1UD PRECLEANER IS A EASY SOLUTION TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM CLEANING POWER VIA A VISUAL INSPECTION FOR THE WORN BLADE AND A BLADE-TO-BELT PRESSURE INSPECTION WINDOW.

Performing a visual inspection for wear, Jimway’s C1UD belt cleaner blade with bi-color design ensures workers easily to inspect when replace worn blades. The another main feature of this belt cleaner is the tensioner with blade-to-belt pressure inspection window, which makes timely and effective adjustments to increase scraping performance. Carryback adheres to the belt, which causes serious material accumulation and residue build-up return rollers. Therefore, belt mistracking or belt-edge damage results in unscheduled downtime.
